Does the traffic cable/charger pick up mobile speed cameras on start 25

Hello,
Could anyone tell me if the tomtom traffic cable (also charger cable) will pick up mobile speed cameras or does the tomtom device itself pick it up from others users who have spotted them using satellites. I know that on the tomtom start 25 itself you can add cameras on the route and also add cameras by going into the settings and telling what type ofcamera it is.

I think that the rds-traffic charger will not detect speed cameras but you can check with support:

I have emailed them before but didnt really answer my question.
I have a the camera updates and they say that mobile camera's are included. So do you know how the cameras are updated as you can add cameras yourself on the tomtom itself, so will this send information to other satnavs.

Cannot help you as we don't have any kind of speed cameras on Ontario.

Per dhn's post, I suggest you call them, tell them that your Strart 25 is supposed to show mobile cameras.
"Since the location of mobile cameras can change by the hour, how do I get updates for my device?"
