Changing the Start-up image 101?

Okay, I have read all the threads related to changing the start-up image, and still can't figure out how to do it. I have downloaded an image off the TTHome area for start-up screen. So, it should be somewhere, right? It says it's on my TT, but I don't see it or where to change it. I have a new TT One 130. So, is there a basic 101 on how to change the image out? Thanks all.
