Changing default POIs?

1) Is there a way to remove some of the default POI categories? I don't use border crossing or amusement parks, for example. I would prefer not to scroll through unused categories.
2) The default hospital/clinic POI has many locations I would never use. Is there a way to remove some of these listings?
