Can not route plan with mydrive

Hi I have until recently been able to route plan using my drive and then transfer it to my sat nav. But these last few days it comes up saying
Oops a new route can not be planned at this time please try later.
Any help or tips please. Thanks

Are you using https://mydrive.tomtom.com/en_gb ?
I am not having any trouble planning a route using that site (as I type here).
Is this still a problem on your end now?

Ah. We TOLD them not to call every bit and piece of their software MyDrive! I thought you were talking about the online (web based) MyDrive planner (hence the url I sent to you), not the phone app. Sorry.
Glad you got it sorted on the phone side.
