My ISP currently does not offer Caller ID on my VOIP account. I want to be able to get caller ID on my PC (and eventually on my TV) without additional hardware. And without having to plug a line into my modem! I have cab;e Internet, TV, and phone...all from the same company and they don't offer VOIP Caller ID to the PC or TV... sigh

I've been goolging and dogpiling all night trying to find a VOIP Caller ID Solution at least for my laptop for now. I can't find anything. My eyes are numb...
anyone know where I might find something?
....already tried http://ncid.sourceforge.net but according to all that I need to build a VOIP server too.... ugh
