BT connection not working on Samsung Galaxy Flip6 en S24

Hello all,
I've been using the TT Rider 550 for a year now and never had big issues with the bluetooth connection.
On a Galaxy S20+ en Flip4 I was able to connect using BT and get phonecalls, WhatsApp notifications and all other updates.
Now that I have switched to the Galaxy Flip6 I'm not able to connect properly anymore.
It only connects as a Text Input device and not for Pnonecalls /contact information.
I've tested this on a Gaalxy S24 as well and is has the exact same issue.
The only difference between the older and the newest phones is the upgrade from BT 5.2 to BT 5.3
I've tetsted BT Tethering and that doesn't solve the issue either.
I know that I can connect using Wifi hotspot but that doesn't resolve the Call/Notifications issue.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue or is this something TT has to fix?

Hallo, ich habe auch das S20+ und Rider 550 bis letztes Jahr lief alles einwandfrei, jetzt kommt beim Pairing nur noch das Tastatursymbol. Habe am Navi Werksreset gemacht, alle Updates, dito am Smartphone.
Mein Händler (Louis) hat auch vergeblich probiert, mit Seimem Handy (MI) geht es auch nicht mehr, ein anderer Kunde hat es mit einem Iphone probiert, selbes Problem. Kann also nicht an Android liegen.

I tested everything again yesterday with the Flip4 and the FLip6 side by side.
The Android versions on both phones are identical.
All Bluetooth settings are completely identical. Both under the normal settings and under the Developer settings of Android.
As soon as I pair the Flip4, I am asked for permission to use contacts and I see everything connected on the TomTom. Within a few seconds I also see the telephone symbol appear at the bottom right.

I have 16 paired devices on both phones. This includes a car, motorcycle, smartwatches (including older versions), various headphones (including 7 year old ones), TV, soundbar and the TomTom.
The TomTom is the only device that causes problems with the new phone.
I am very curious whether there are users who can connect the TomTom to a new model telephone and then use the telephone and notification functions.

It is a shame that there is no longer a way to raise this issue directly with TomTom and get a response. Because if so many different devices (even older than the TomTom Ruder 550) work, why not this one.
