Account issues

Hi Guys,

I have tomtom on my iphone 4. I updated to a mobileme account and changed the iphone over to this account as well as everything else.

When i came to renew my HD traffic subscription tomtom said i would have to purchase the app that the HD traffic is for.

Is there anyway to tell the tomtom app that the phone it is on is the one that purchased the app! i find it insane to think that just because i have basivally changed my email address it wont now allow me to buy traffic updates! I changed my account details in the tomtom app itself and still nothing!

Please help!
 
You will have to place a call to TomTom customer support. They will have to do an account reset. In short one email address equals one TomTom.
