910 on mac

I got my 910 working on my son's pc. I've tried everything and can't get my intel mac to recognize it.

In tomtom home under "more" at the bottom it says "my 710" not 910.

Any ideas?

Are you able to change the device under Device>Change Device?

No. Every tomtom device except the 910 is listed as an option.

I honestly think it's an issue with intel Macs. You are not the only one with problems using a 910 on an intel mac. My ONE seems to work fine, but lots of people are experiencing issues with the 910. Let's hope TT works this out soon and releases an update to HOME soon.

Agreed. I'm able to use it on my son's PC so it is not a big problem other than that the backups take up a lot of space and he is limited.
