my 910 kicked the bucket lastnight

i cut it on when i left work and got the blue screen so i did the reset
then it wouldnt go past the screen the shows the tomtom pic not the words
but the pic of the unit itself

i called tomtom and i have to send it in for service ... its 1 year and 10 days old

what do yall think happend ?
has the harddrive gone bad ?

By reset, I hope you mean a hard reset or so-called pin reset. If that didn't help, it could be that the hard disk is defective. If you have a full backup of your hard disk and are keen on trying to repair it yourself, here's a link to a Dismantling Guide I wrote some time ago with photos of the parts with specs at the end of the document. If you couldn't find exactly the exact capacity, anything bigger or smaller should work.
