TT 720 POI being displayed as X

OK, I am new to TT since I had a Mag 700 for about 5 years and It finally crapped out. Anyway, I love the large screen, low weight of the unit in comparison. In either event, I have noticed that the POI's that I want TT to display, many at times will just display and X in a box...what is the problem and how do I fix this. Also, If I want to reroute to one of these POI's, cant I just click it on the screen or do I have to go to POI on the menu screen and access it there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
