I noted some sunshades on various websites for gps units to allow them to be viewed more clearly in bright sun. They averaged about $15 plus shipping. I got a peice of craft foam at Walmart for 49 cents. I cut it to fit the unit and then added a couple of curves from the top to the bottom. The foam is self adhering and attached easily to the 910. One peice of foam will make at least two. I trimmed it very close and it only adheres to a fraction of an inch on the trim of the 910 so there is no heat gain issue. It is just as easily removed. It is effective in bright sun, weighs nothing, and I can afford several colors to complement whatever dress my wife is wearing.
