Unzip in 'USA_and_Canada' folder

Just like the ESSO POI, I did not create this but it has been useful to me (the Toronto locations that is). Most locations are in Ontario and Quebec.

New Shell Gas Stations - Canada

Corrected a few points (had E instead of W for Longitude) and added Winnipeg Shell Stations as of MTS white pages 2007/2008.
