POI alert settings get cleared??

Hi,

I recently started to set up my POI Alerts for my TomTom ONE LE. But somehow I am experiencing a bug. It seems that after a few days, the POI alerts get cleared!

I am wondering if anyone here has experienced this? I can't yet pinpoint what seems to be the problem. I don't know if its when my TomTom is updated by TomTom Home. Or something else.

Here are the POI alerts I am having issues with:

1. Police Station - I downloaded the policestation.ogg audio from TomTom Home and the audio file is in the "sounds" folder.
2. Red Light Camera US - I have a ogg file [Trapster.ogg] I created in the "sounds" folder.
3. Speed Trap Update - I have a ogg file [Trapster.ogg] I created in the "sounds" folder.
4. Trapster - I have a ogg file [Trapster.ogg] I created in the "sounds" folder.

Note all three POI's above (i.e. Red Light..., Speed Trap..., Trapster-- use the same ogg audio file.)

I don't know if this will help but on my XL if I activate any other alerts my POI alerts are disabled. I don't know if this is by design or an oversite.

Thanks John, at least it lets me know that I am not alone in the woods with this issue.
