Welcome to the forum. If you have not already done so post the specifics of those issues in the appropriate section. And be sure to back up your unit using explorer not TT home. Much easier if you need to do a restore.

I was given a via 160 at Christmas that was pretty good with pronounciation of streets and highways.Unfortunately I lost that unit and now have a xl340 IQ routes edition.It seems like a nicer unit except it has poor pronounciation of certain words.It says n.a.t.i.o.n.a.l hwy and not national hwy and some words are very hard to understand as if they have marbles in their mouth when talking.
