I own a tomtomxxl. It has a serial number that doesn't seem to be recognized by tomtom. I live in western Michigan about a mile from Lake Michigan. It's beautiful here, but cold and snowy in the winters !

Don't think so. Likely RZ begins your serial number if an XXL (540) model.
