Hi all, I'm in Scotland in the uk

Had a Go 1000 Live which was a great bit of kit, if it had built in WiFi to update and truck options then it would have been the best satnav in my opinion.

I eventually had to give in and upgrade to a 520 to have Live Services again as the Live services Stopped working on the Go Live (boo)

However I am enjoying my 520 and use it daily, making the most of its built in Sim for live Traffic.... for now

GO 520 does not have a SIM card you must connect to a smartphone to have live.

Are you sure that your device is not a GO 5200.
As Willy said, the GO 520 does not have a 2nd SIM card.
