Hi I am new to TOM TOM but not new to GPS devices as I use to have a BIMMER with an upgraded MK IV nav with a 16:9 head unit using NAVTEQ software. Miss the big screen though but I digress.
My TOM TOM one 3rd edition was given to me by my father-in-law as he bought it for his wife and she did not want it. So I figured My Wife and I could try it out as I lost the navi when i traded in my 750 for a TrailBlazer.
Pretty cool unit, would like more features though like blue tooth, wireless updates, etc.... but I am liking it so far. I have noticed if you want add-on's they are a little pricey because you get gas price updates for free from Sprint NAV (also navteq sofware) and other stuff like that. Well I will be looking for some tweeks and hacks here and there so looks like i will be by ALOT!!
