Like everyone else I am glad to have found this site.
Just purchased the One US & Canada, have to say that the literature in the box is next to useless, but the Support people on the phone have been fantastic. Have called them three times, twice before buying with questions and once after to help me with the instalation of UK maps and on all occassions they were very helpful to this "Newbie".
Hopefully it continues to work for me flawlessly, but having seen the forum I have a few concerns on that count, but fingers crossed.
