Go 910

I have a GO 910. The green light in the upper left corner of the device is on. The screen is totally blank. No touch screen, nothing. When hooked up to my computer I get a message "no device found". I think ALL my software may be missing. Where do I get new system software and how do I install when "no device found".

Have you tried restting the device with a pin? The reset switch is a small round switch adjacent to the electrical connection strip on the base of the device, its small so good eye sight and bright lighting is needed to see it.

If it still won't boot after a reset then it could be the internal hard drive thats packed up or total failure of the battery neither of which are very easy to swap out - Try the reset first though - Mike
