custom night colored maps and voices

OK so I've created a "scheme" folder on my TT 3rd edition. I downloaded the files into it but now can't seem to access them via the change map colors under change preferences. What am I doing wrong?

Also can't seem to access the downloaded custom voices either from the menu.

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

I managed to sort it all out. The folder needs to be "schemes" plural not singular.
And for the voices to show up, you need to choose to view all (non english as well)
