Can TT save a route, my way?

I've been enjoying my TT One 3rd Ed. There seems to be alot of features that I did not see on my fathers Garmin 330.

I set up a route where TT gave nearly perfect directions, however, TT wanted to put me on a major busy highway where there was only a stop sign, rather than go an extra mile where there is a traffic light. I used the avoid road feature, which worked, but I would like (expect) TT to remember to avoid this road from now on when choosing this route.

Is there a way to save a route that you like rather than have to correct the TT route each time?

You can create a Itn using Google and TomTom with this link

Or the easy way is just to ignore it and let TomTom automatically re-route you.
