Black screen

Just bought tom tom Pro plus everything works fine but at least once a day screen goes black and I have to do a soft reset I have done a factory reset but it still does it any ideas thanks

That model still has a few issues with crashing. If left alone long enough, does the map screen eventually come back on its own?

I don't know as It does it when travelling to a address so have to stop and reset so I can continue on my journey

I have noticed it goes black press the power button on back it gives you power off or sleep mode if you press x in top right corner it brings picture of earth with a arrow (my location) if you zoom in it brings screen back on
Don't know if this is a fault or if it's ment to do this
Any help would be appreciated or a link so I can report issue to tom tom
