account swap to iphone cant swap back

hi guys i have a tom tom live xl with hd traffic subscription decided to purchase tomtom for iphone save carrying other satnav around.

trouble is iphone tomtom live services keeps saying cant connectmy subscription dosnt runout untill january, no problem i thought ill put it back over to my sat nav but its stuck to the iphone for six months so im paying for services i can not recieve.

need to get this working on iphone or change back to my xl live machine

Call customer support, the iphone subscription server gets confused/corrupted if you reuse a PND account.

You need to keep them separate, and TT support can clean it up for you.
