It is possible to have two (or more) copies of the same map on the device at the same time, I have done this when I ran out of Custom POI categories but this doesn't happen now with the limit being 255 (it used to be as low as 27) - All you do is edit the PNA file in the map folder so it appears with a slightly different name on the device so you can differentiate between the copies. Someone recently asked about multiple copys of the same map on a device on the Brit forum but I cannot remember why they wanted to do it! - Mike
