How do I access the voices from my SD card?

I downloaded some voices to my SD card, however I can't to either find them or play them on my tomtom 720.

1) For example I have one of the computer voice in my sd card, and I can see it in the tomtom but it won't play.
2) I have some voice in my SD card but it won't show at all in my tomtom 720.

The only way I can get the voice to work is if I download them into my tomtom's internal memory.

Any advice would be appreciated.

The voices on the sd card .... they are in a voices folder, are they not?

Having asked that, I seem to remember that voices have to be in the same memory location (internal or sd card) as the map resides.

That may explain things. I will try putting them both in the same device.
