Which devices are nav4

Can anyone tell me which tomtom models are nav4?
I want to buy a sat nav that will let me record routes as I drive them and I have been told I need one with nav4, but I can't find which models run nav4.

In the UK, I think the only 'current' models on offer that are still "Nav4" are the GO Essential 5" and 6" (GO 520/620 here in the U.S. - prefix ZE and ZN) and the GO Classic 5" and 6" (what we call here the Start 53/63 - prefix X5, X6, X7 and X8). The X7 and X8 GO Classic versions include an RDS traffic receiver.
