Ok while playing with my 325 I put in a route to a POI which was KFC and then did the demo and the tomtom drove right passed KFC and then went down some side streets and back on the first street and then went to KFC?

Would you have required a left turn to get to KFC instead of passing it? The unit may have thought the KFC was on the wrong side of a divided road where you couldn't turn so it routed you another way.
