What is this icon?

Mysteriously now appears after a recent update, even displays after disabling all LIVE alerts. Can't find any reference to it in the manual either. Must be related to traffic lights?

Any help welcome as the alert is driving me crazy.

Have a look in "Safety Preferences"....

On my unit there's an item for "Warn when near Places of Worship or schools"

However, it doesn't seem to be working if I do a demo route past any of the school or church POIs that it it has local to me, so I can't tell you I've just seen that icon.
