Synchronization

Hey,
I try to synchronize a route on my phone to my TomTom. (TomTom Go Camper Max)
I get the statement that the route is synchronized, but I can't find it back on my TomTom.
I have looked especially in My Drive.
Can anybody help me out?

On the GPS in the Tomtom services Is Mydrive checked?

Do you have the cloud at the top right of the GPS screen.

Traffic, My Drive and Wi-Fi are connected.
What I don't understand is: The route actually is synchronized to Recent Destinations, while it should be in My Routes.

If you want to save a route, you must do so with Mydrive on the computer.

Yes, too many uses of the name MyDrive.

You will want to set up your route here https://mydrive.tomtom.com/nl_nl/ to transfer it as a route to your device.

I have one other question.
The My Drive-app on my phone says: "Device is out of range".
But my Tom Tom is very close to my phone.
How to solve this problem?

@Wopev The GPS model you have built on a different platform (NDS maps). Disregard the message on the MyDrive app. You can still sync routes/ places with the GPS unit. It will effect any functionality of the device
