hi my name is sheppey and i have a problem loging in to tomtom home page i just get a message saying there is a problem at tomtom help please

We are not associated with TomTom. You'll need to call CS at 0845 161 0009. For what it's worth, I can log into the Canadian TomTom site, but I guess that doesn't help you.

Is your problem getting onto the page at all, or just logging in?
Do you already have an account on the TT site or are you trying to create one?

I'm in the UK and I'm logged in to the TT site myself OK now (01:37 Tues night/Wednesday morning)
