I've searched but every thread says to hit the reset to hard reset the 910 but none of them actually say or show where this button is? Can someone please
tell me where it is cause for the life of me I can't find it. BTW, my 910 does
not turn on after 2 days of easy usage. Thanks.

In the directions packet where it shows pictures of everything there is a picture of the reset button but it's hard to see.

On the bottom of the unit where it snaps into the base, look at the actual plug there. Across from the plug, closest to the corner of the unit, is a small circular hole and down inside of that is the reset button. You'll notice that circular hole is only on one side of the corner. I've found that paperclips are too large in diameter to get it good so I found that a safety pin works best.

Thanks, I'll go and try it now. As for the instructions, I didn't want to open
too many things in the box in case I wanted to return it if I don't like it.

OK, the unit came back on with the reset button, but I am not happy at
all that it just turned off like that and I can not easily access the button
while out on the road if I don't have something microscopic!

I had the same thought! I have the safety pin attached to my key chain! :D
