Known issue: uninstall the application, then reinstall the application, download the maps again.

I'm using version 3.6.320 [5335] which is supposed to be 'fixed'

Done that now have maps but ALL my routes are gone. That's not good.

I also have the latest version installed, and the map update went very badly.

I assume you did this to verify that you are properly logged into your TomTom account.
