Navigator 6 should certainly work with the HP 6945 as it is stated on the TT site as one of the compatible units.

Could you be more descriptive on what is happening?

Are you talking about the actual bluetooth GPS receiver? Which one do you have?

Do you have Quick GPS installed on your ipaq? It may take several minutes for the GPS to find the satellites if you don't.
