.... from Jersey in the Channel Islands!! Where my Tom tom works!! Yay!
I'm a transplanted NZer, here by way of Australia which is where I picked up my Tomtom. It was great up there in Northern Queensland and got us about the place with ease; however I was a bit dubious when we decided to move to Europe and had to buy the Western European maps which stated " only some roads in the Channel Islands available"!! Hmmm...
All good, however, as it is brilliant here - no problems at all, and some of the wee lanes and byways here take some seeing to believing!! My wife has a brand-new Garmin *gasp* which has a more awkward interface, IMO.
I do have some issues with mine, though, which I will get around to in the appropriate forums..
