hi im new to tomtom just bought a tomtom one xl traffic i did have a mio 510 an to be honest im struggling with tomtom think its alot harder , also when i turn a corner there seems to be like a 15 second delay when it picks me back up any hints an tips plz ppl

Make sure you make an Explorer, not Home, backup of your unit's contents. Ensure hidden files/folders are showing.

The more pois you have showing on a map, the slower the screen refreshes. Many don't have more than 3 or 4 categories checked. Could that be the problem?
