TomTom speaker has quitened downso can't hear it properly.Tomtom says phones incompatible but we've had the same phone for last year thru the tomtom and it happened before we did an update.Everyone saying nothing wrong with tomtom!Has anybody else had this problem and know how to fix it.

Did you try resetting your unit? (hold the power button for about 10 seconds).

What update are you referring to?

Is this EVERYTHING coming from the speaker (navigation instructions, warning sounds etc.) or JUST the hands-free audio from your phone?
