xl 325s

Need more information........

What model do you have? The application? At what point does the screen freeze? What have you tried to do to remedy it.
 
Your subject says xl325s.

My guess is that you have one of the models with app 8.081 or 8.082. Those apps crash and freeze often. Use "update my XL" within Tomtom HOME to update your device to app 8.083 and hopefully that will help things somewhat.
