Is anyone else having problems downloading the link in "mytomtom" the one they give you just after you register so you can intially connect your device? I keep getting a NSIS Error and so cannot continue the registration of my tomtom, Thanks

What firewall/ AV software have you got enabled and have you tried connecting the device with these disabled?

Not ideal and you shouldn't need to lower your PC protection to get the device to connect but its worth a try - Mike

Also, you'll need the latest version of Adobe Flash on your computer.
