I am unable to connect my tomtom to my laptop.

Hi,
I cannot get my laptop to reconise my new XL2 IQ when I am logged into "My tomtom" account. :confused:
I can access all the information in "my computer" but I am now thinking it is the antivirus software installed on the laptop which is Symantec Endpoint Protection.
The laptop belongs to my wifes work and we are using it as our pc is in the shop for repairs.
Anyone got any ideas???? :confused:

You could try to reset the unit and try connecting again. Hold the power button for about 15 seconds.
 
You need to install the Tomtom HOME 2.0 software. The MyTomtom software is only for newer devices.
