Ok so I bought my TomTom gps from someone on Letgo and apparently it’s never been activated when purchased. It’s asking me to put in the DISA number to activate it but when I do it says it wasn’t purchased from an authorized dealer. Now I can’t get in touch with the person I bought it from so I have no way of activating it. Is there anything I can do?

FWIW, 4AA534AA5.001.00 is a part number, and we don't have any way of keeping track of those here. What are the first 2 characters of the device's serial number?
