Activation code input

Hi. Just bought a new Via 135 after 6 year happy use of an old 700. Trying to input my free maps for life activation code but the my TOM TOM drop down does not have activate on the menu. It has manage content, account details and get started. On the instructions it shows activate. Anyone that can give me a clue please?

Call CS at 0845 161 0009 or 020 7387 5444 and have them activate at their end.
