720 No Data

I've had my 720 for several years now and love the fetures it has.
Since I have changed phones I can't get it to do any data transfers. My blackberry 8900 isn't on the list and other needs a bunch of settings I don't have.
Is there any way to get data back?

What are the phone models and cellco's of both models?

We can suggest some custom settings. Just beware that newer phones are dropping the bluetooth DUN feature that Tomtom requires for data.
