If you connect the unit to the PC, and look at it using Windows Explorer, can you see all the files and folders on it?

If you can, are you able to select them all and COPY them to the PC (into a new folder)?

If so, you've made the backup we need.

Hang on....Have you actually got the device working now???

I see from http://forums.gpsreview.net/viewtopi...=181386#181386 that you asked the same question as you asked here and were given the same advice as we gave you back in post #2 and than again in post #7.

Seems you have now followed that advice and it's now working again?
