Tomtom 730 replaced d8 still green light

I have a tomtom 730
it was on the green light only, checked d8 and it was shorted
so replaced this
but its still on the green light.

This makes me think it may be the voltage regulator chip.
Does any one know the part number and loction of this on the board ?
