Subway POI Alert

LOL, I just heard it myself. I'm gonna take it down, I'll put it up again on Monday. The whole bitrate thing is kinda tricky because you won't know if its gonna be too fast or too slow until you listen in the tom. And I don't know how to listen on the tom without actually navigating to the POI.
