I recently had to renew my live services subscription and a few days after my Safety Camera Alerts stopped working, I even plugged it into my PC last night and updated everything but still not working. Any ideas what I can try next?
OK thanks, I called and backed up my device and performed a hard factory reset as the CS Rep advised, is there any way to test if the camera alerts are working without driving to my nearest camera?
Don't know your device but if you plan a route past known cameras and then do a Demo you should hear the alert sound.
On my GO Live 1535 after planing a route tap arrow, tap View route, tap Show route demo.
