Remote session on TomTom Pro 8375 truck

All,

I am looking for a way to remote take over a TomTom Pro 8375 Truck device.
I tried with TeamViewer but it needs de store service to be enabled which is disabled.

Are there any apps which do not needs to store service to be able to run and we can download the app from their portal?
