No planned route showing on map.

GO 5200. I have planned several routes but none show on the map. Is the problem a setting which I have missed or is it a technical issue?
 
Were these planned on the TomTom web page or on the device?
 
You will of course need to select one of your predefined routes in order to see and execute it.
If you go to MyRoutes and select one of them, once the route calculation is complete, the route line should appear on the map.
