Nav 6 / Axim x50v

Has anyone tried to load Navigator 6 on an Axim x50v? Other than the OS change to WM5, the only difference between the x51v and the x50v is 128MB ROM.

It looks like the model is listed as being supported for Navigator 6. It probably be wise to call TT support to verify that for you.

The German TT help desk cannot guarantee it will work. Not the exact answer I expected.

I have Navigator 6.030 and US & Can map ver.675.1409 installed on an Axim X50v and it works great. I've been running it since it was released and I havn't had any problems with it.

Can you tell me if you have 64MB or 128MB ROM?

I have the 64mb ROM. I run the software from my compact flash card. That way I save memory. Hope this helps.
