It is possible to copy poi in tomtom go app for Android, i have poi from Geocaching in ov2, its 14 catogory for the types, with ovn picture

Well, yes it is possible, but only if you're using Android 10 or below, and then only if TT Go is loaded on an SD Card.
And even then it's a fair amount of messing around.
It's called Side Loading and it's the reason I'm still using a Samsung S9+

The big problem with sideloading on Android smartphones is that when you download and install applications outside the traditional circuit, they do not go through the demanding security protocol of Google Play. They can therefore contain numerous security vulnerabilities.

It's not about side loading the actual app because that's not necessary.

It's about side loading the ov2 file to access the pois in My Places.

Would be curious to know what directory structure you are using on your SD card that allows for this. Earlier in beta, it was possible to use the 'locations' folder (with some additional subfolders related to associated *.bmp POI icons) to make this work, but I haven't seen anyone have any success with adding *.ov2 files to the Android app for a couple of years, mostly because any recent version of the app seems to refuse to deal with the 'locations' folder if it's on the SD card.

If you can explain your directory structure, I'd love to try to duplicate it on the production app.

Before I placed an .ov2 file in the directory. \Android\data\com.tomtom.gplay. Navapp\files\personal\pois now if I drop the same file in the directory on the application I don't see my Ov2.

Was that on a beta build, or production? When it was still possible, we were using the same file structure as Bridge, with the "locations" folder being the target directory for other subfolders and files.

I don't remember if it was the beta or the normal one that I used.

All I know is that it was right at the beginning.

As I said, early beta did allow for *.ov2. This most recent post comes from an end user ( @Larry Blackmore ) who appears to be running production code. I've not heard anywhere else that there has been success with production code, so I am very interested to hear about his methodology.
